Faces Behind the Mac: Lily Clark

Small business Saturday is such a fitting time to share a little bit of our heart at Behind The Mac . While our mission is to provide and manage fast and efficient technology systems for you and your business needs, we recognize that what matters most is you. Our desire is to use our skills to make your technology work but also to help the world know the face and story behind your mac.

Meet Lily Clark. Whenever we have a free Saturday morning, our family loves to visit story time at a local independent bookstore. Lily is one of our favorite faces at Main Street Books in Davidson, North Carolina. A self-proclaimed book nerd, we both jumped a little when we heard David Sedaris was visiting the shop, Lily is also a ridiculously talented artist and one of the creative minds behind Hearts on Fiber, a local family-owned yarn and fiber shop.

Lily possesses a multitude of artistic capabilities. In seemingly minutes, she can produce the most realistic and fascinating portrait of a friend or a popping, colorful book jacket design. Lily’s most recent graphic work is primarily done on Procreate, an illustration app she uses on her iPad. The ease of being able to create on the go helps Lily tap into inspiration wherever it presents itself.
